Arie Lugasi
Arie has worked in 'IAI' since 1985, he involved with telemetry and radio links design for airborne systems.
In 1995 Arie has moved to the cellular department in 'Motorola' Israel. He involved with radio planning of the Analog cellular technology through CDMA, EvDO, UMTS and WiMAX technologies. Aspects of frequency planning, system optimization, sites survey, RF planning, in-building and repeaters design were handled
In 2009 Arie became a partner at 'RFTune'.
Arie holds Radio Engineering Degree from Tel-Aviv University 

Amir Dan
Amir has 5 years of cellular networks radio planning and optimization, covering CDMA and WCDMA technologies, to be followed by 5 years of product management of mobile devices and access elements
Prior to RFTune, Amir held senior product management positions at DSPC (was aquired by Intel and later on by Marvell), strategic marketing at Alvarion Mobile WiMAX division, Wide Band Technology management at Schema, RF team leader at Motorola GTSS, multiple technological positions at IAF
Amir holds an MSc in Industrial and Management Engineering from Ben Gurion University and BSc in Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University

George Klein
George is a professional software engineer, with more than 7 years of experience in software based tools for cellular networks maintenance and opimization
George has extensive knowledge in software development cycle, relational database design, requirements definition, Prototyping, Object Oriented analysis and design, Interface implementation, testing and maintenance
Prior to RFTune George held a senior position at Motorola GTSS as the manager of the software tools development team
